I’m a Senior Product Owner / Product Manager with 18+ years owning, scaling and operating mission-critical financial platforms in regulated environments. I specialize in end-to-end ownership of complex products — combining automation, operational reliability (RUN) and regulatory delivery to drive measurable outcomes at scale.
My work focuses on prioritizing the right initiatives, reducing friction, and keeping platforms stable and performant when it matters. I’m currently leading a credit card issuance platform where we reached 96% automation — improving efficiency and cycle time while protecting the customer experience — and I’ve delivered major regulatory initiatives that balance compliance, time-to-market and platform robustness.
